• This very much depends on what you bring to the session with me. Some people will need less time than others. We’ll chat this through during our first sessions.

  • No – you can book your appointment directly without being referred by a health professional. I’m also an ACC sensitive claims provider and workplace EAP provider for Benestar, ClearHead and I am Hope.

  • My preference is in-person sessions (in my Hamilton office) as there are extra benefits to meeting face-to-face. However, we can meet over Zoom or the phone if that’s not possible.

  • Individual sessions are $150, and couples sessions cost $160. Each Session in 50 minutes. Full payment is required prior to the session by internet banking, unless otherwise arranged.

    I hold space for some lower-cost sessions for those who can’t afford this. If that’s you, get in touch and we can have a chat.

  • I run a small practice because I believe this is how I can best support my client’s needs.

    Because of this commitment and the difficulty in filling cancelled sessions, I ask that if you must cancel, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. *

    If you’re unable to do that, you’ll be charged the full fee for your session, unless I’m able to fill your time slot.

    The cancellation fee must be paid within 48 hours of the missed session by internet banking. If you can’t make an in-person appointment, we can still meet virtually, if you’re able to.

    *Sometimes emergencies, or contagious illnesses crop up. In that case, I’m happy to have a conversation about waiving this fee.

  • If you’re Covid positive and/or have symptoms, please don’t come to the session. We can run our session over Zoom or the phone instead, if you’re able to.

    If you find out within 24hrs of your session that you’re Covid positive, and can’t attend over Zoom, you won’t be charged. However, if you don’t let me know of the cancellation, the full fee applies.

    If you find out more than 24hrs before your session that you’re Covid positive, and can’t attend over Zoom or the phone, you still won’t be charged, so long as you give me more than 24 hours’ notice. If not, you will be charged the full fee.

    If you need to self-isolate within 24hrs of the session, the session will be held over Zoom/phone.
