Hi, welcome - I’m Blair

I am a registered psychotherapist working in Hamilton, NZ and offer therapy to both individuals and couples, either in person or online.

Are you experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships or other challenges in your life? If so, you are not alone.

I help people create positive and lasting change in their lives and I am excited to help you along in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I create a therapeutic space that’s empathic, understanding and solution focussed.

I’m a big believer that holding compassionate space for self-inquiry is vital to the healing process. That’s why I encourage my clients to develop new behaviours and ways of being that cultivate resiliency and are transformative.
