I am a registered psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in the helping profession. Based in Hamilton, I offer in-person and online therapy to individuals and couples.

I’m a big believer that holding compassionate space for self-inquiry is vital to the healing process. That’s why I encourage my clients to develop new behaviours and ways of being that cultivate resiliency and are transformative.
