How often and for how long to do counselling for?

This very much depends on what you bring to counselling. Some people will need a shorter amount of sessions than others. Our first session is an opportunity to discuss how many sessions will be appropriate.

duration of each couselling appointment

Each session lasts 55 minutes.

Session Costs

$105 per session, full payment is required prior to the session by internet banking unless otherwise arranged.

Couples work

I work with challenges in your relationship on a one to one basis. This can support you to then engage in couples counselling, if you choose, where I can refer you to appropriate couples therapist.

cancellation policy

Please kindly give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment or the full fee applies.
